I rarely take the time to post reviews, but please do not spend 1 on Equinox Property Management. My partner and I signed a lease after being told we could not see our property before signing due to COVID, and trusted the property manager's word about the apartment's condition. We were told (and shown photos of a completely different apartment) of the space having 'brand new' paint, carpets, and appliances on the way. We arrived to ripped, urine-soiled carpets, rusted baseboards caked with dust and cat hair, lazily painted walls and doors, as well as a fridge filled with black mold. It is now months later and we still have a moldy fridge (Equinox refused genuine help even after we got a lawyer involved), and we've had to purchase our own mini-fridge/grocery shop day to day due to their negligence and lack of care for tenants' wellbeing. They offered to 'clean' the mold and have refused for months to give updates on the status of the appliance's shipment. Do yourself a favor and don't touch this business with a ten foot pole. Whether it's the owners that they work with or the business themselves, it's a money pit that will leave you completely frustrated and exhausted. The only vaguely helpful person is Jenn Rowe, who seems to be overwhelmed by responsibility due to everyone else's refusal to complete their basic duties.

As far as employees go Jenn Rowe has been very informative and informational as well as very kind to me personally. She’s very good at her job and knows what she is doing. If anyone needs help with anything within the management company she is the go to as far as needing any information that she can help any tenant with!

0 star is too much for them. The only thing they did fast was the online application and collecting the application fees, then for 2 business days, they do not answer calls, no decision, and when i called a different extension ( home managers) some one answered with no respect, ended the call suddenly and transferred me to answer machine. Very bad communication and i strongly advice to avoid dealing with.scam and cost me 90 and waste of time.
