First off I want to say I have loved the doctor I saw here. But the office staff as well as the dr. Support staff I did not love. One day I had a very serious issue could not get a hold of the office for 20 mins. I could have been at the hospital by that point but couldn't get a hold of the dr. I think the problem is is that many doctors are scheduled through this general number. It would be 100% better to have their own office deal with phone calls instead of a general intake. On top of this they have you tell the receptionist what is wrong, then they tell the nurse then at some point possibly hours later the nurse calls you back. Then maybe they answer your questions. But as far as it was for me they did not. How can you call someone and tell them something is wrong but not have the information. When I told the office about this twice they said \sorry\. Never changed a thing. Even spoke to office manager. Really is disappointing because I liked the dr a lot.

I've been going here for years & never realized how poorly I was treated while I was pregnant with my son until recently! They had measured my son about 2-3 weeks ahead of schedule & i went to talk about induction with a secondary doctor because mine wasn't in that office that Day & she flat out told me I wasn't capable of being induced that following Friday & I mean I was going to be 39 weeks so I was totally fine & I felt like I was pressed into a C-section & not even given the opportunity to see if i could go naturally besides the fact I had an issue or not they could have atleast let me try!! Won't be going here anymore because not only that but I had 2 IUD's misplaced after my son was born & the arm implant ended up making my arm from where it was placed down to my finger tips go completely numb. I'm ashamed to have St. Lukes insurance sometimes

I am very disappointed with the lack of patient care and concern in this office. My daughter had an IUD inserted when she came home from college. A few days later she had to go to the ER because of the extreme cramping she was having. Called the office requesting an emergency appointment and that was not an option. Had to wait a few weeks. Meanwhile, she came down with covid and that appointment had to then be rescheduled, understandably so. A few days before the new appointment she was told she still had to wait 3 more days after her family doctor (a St. Luke’s doctor) cleared her and because there was no immediate availability her next appointment now would be almost another whole month later. This is patient negligence. No sense of care or concern that she was in extreme pain almost daily having to rely on high doses of advil. This made no sense to me. I have had nothing but positive experiences with St. Luke’s doctors and facilities until now. There was no attempt to squeeze her in, find another doctor at St. Luke’s that could help, etc. In fact she was told to go to the ER if it bothered her that much. I called another St. Luke’s office, (far away) where my previous doctor had moved to and was able to get her in there in 2 days and IUD removed during a regular visit. Even they were surprised how this facility had handled my daughter’s situation. I feel like my daughter was told “oh this is not working out for you. Too bad. Not our problem.” It's a different caliber of a St. Luke’s office and doctors that’s for sure.

My first visit with this practice was excellent. Emer L Colalillo, M.D. and her nurse took the time to explain all my concerns and questions thoroughly. I felt like my voice was heard and the appointment was not rushed even though I was a bit nervous. Because of their professionalism and kindness, I will definitely be returning. Thanks!
