I wouldn't pay this business in advance, they will take your and do whatever they like. They do not care about their customers one bit. Eileen N.- What I told your employee was that Floorworks had taken my money for an area rug that you promised me 3 weeks ago for the delivery of a home gym. That I had repeatedly scheduled freight delivery of the gym based on your employees promises that you would finally cut my carpet, and each time they had lied to me. That multiple times I had asked for my money back and was told that would not happen. That I had been promised that the rug would absolutely be ready on this Saturday, which it was not. Eileen, I admit that when I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no way to get in touch with one, I told your employee I thought she was a liar. (I find it hard to believe that someone that doesn't know how to make a sale or a refund or how to find an order or anything else, is alone in a store without a lifeline). This ended up a good guess as you called me from a private number shortly after to berate and swear at me on the phone. Eileen, I also asked your employee why she would work for a business like this and recommended she just leave. That obviously her boss didn't care one bit about her to put her in that position. And, btw Eileen, you are 100% a liar. I have the phone logs from the 2 conversations I had with your employee and they totaled less than 5 minutes. You absolutely do not have audio like that because that is not what was said. It is a crime to record me! You only refunded our money after we filed a dispute with our credit card company. What you replied here simply a lie! Fix your business and stop blaming other people! You cost me and I'm sure this isn't the first time you've misled customers and tried to rip them off!

The gentleman was very nice, professional, and we felt very comfortable with him in our home. We recommend his work & Floorworks to everyone who sees our floors.
