Abble awning made a beautiful awning for over our outside basement entrance about 15 years ago. We just had it replaced and they did a beautiful, seamless job in a very timely manner once again. The new awning is even more beautiful then the first one they made us! Abble awning was also there for us when a different company we had used prior to them would not fix a roll out awning- even though Abble did not install this they came and fixed it for us! Once again they were timely, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend Abble Awning!!

I had an old set of window awnings from back in the 90's. Took them to the folks at Abble back in 2009 or 2010. They used the old ones to make me a new set. Last September just before I was ready to take them down we had a very windy storm that tore one of the seams apart. Just took it in and they were ABBLE to restitch the whole awning for me! When and if these need to be replaced you know where I'm going...ABBLE
This company is anything but “abble.” Installed our awning 3x and it’s still not right. Ordered it May 1. Said they would install it beginning of July. Didn’t come until the beginning of august despite numerous follow up phone calls. First time they came when we weren’t hime. The awning ripped and the installer simply slapped a ton of glue on the rip and hoped we wouldn’t notice. Also, our neighbors told use the installer stood on our outdoor furniture to install. Didn’t even have a ladder! Second time the new canvas didn’t fit. Third time I think they just came back with the same canvas and made a better effort to get it to fit, but it still is baggy in some sections and collects water in others. The owner promised they would come back this fall, take it down for us and replace it with a new one in the spring. No word since. For a company that has been in business as long as this company it’s shocking that they are not “abble” to properly measure for and install a canvas awning. I wish we would have vetted this company better. Spent the whole summer waiting for an awning only to deal with a lot of headaches.
Terrible customer service. Called and called. Owner strung me along for over 2 months to get awning installed. I called another company and service was great. Stay away from Able Awning. Also quoted me much higher price. I was willing to pay just to have it installed but no show, no call back...nothing.
We have used Abble Awning for many years and they continue do a terrific job. Our window awnings added great personality to our house and we plan on doing a patio awning with them next year. They are a great company to work with and always provide a beautiful product.
