Stay away from Joe and this company. He initially made a bunch of representations on timing and ability to fix our screens. That was all he did. After that he showed up way late, was unprepared, never finished and he was paid in advance. We are filing a complaint with consumer affairs and they will investigate him and his company’s practices. If you have had the same issues call them and report him.

Joe came to our house in June. He saw the needed repair and took 50 in cash as a deposit. He seemed like the a genuine guy! Then he disappeared. He never came back to make the repair and never contacted us. Additionally, he did not return our calls. I have messaged and emailed him multiple times. He has agreed to get the money to me on 2 different occasions and has failed to show up. Last night he was supposed to be here between 4-6. He simply never showed. I messaged him this morning and I’m waiting again. How does a business do this?

I have never had more of a pleasurable experience dealing with a company. Everyone was extremely nice and respectful. Great work and done to my likings. Highly recommended using this company.
