Hardhead

You can find his food truck Cushman's Food and Engine at the farmer's market on Saturdays. I recommend going down and enjoy the market and getting a crepe or two from him. He has a sweet and a savory on hand. He is extremely friendly and excellent craftsman.

We tried the fish tacos at Codfish Hollow Barnstormers last night and they were amazing! Friendly people with a good sense of humor, too. I hope they'll come to Cedar Rapids.

No Crepes!?!? So I go to your food truck (the truck of \The Crepe Guy\) and you don't serve crepes!?!! Super disappointed. My friends whom I told about you crepes - super disappointed. I'll never follow you to a location again. However, the burger I got was really good - but still, you at least have gotta have one crepe option...
