She was very thorough and efficient at following up with me regarding getting our business accredited. Hawaii Wedding

BBB Hawaii called us and and asked if we wanted to be a member of the BBB. We were busy at the time of the call, and we asked if they could email us some information about their fees, etc. Upon this request BBB HUNG UP on us. They were not disconnected by accident or they would have called us back. This is the company that is supposed to be ethical?
