If you were treated with less than A customer service and felt that a business has done something wrong or without your permission. BBB is the website to help you. The more detailed information the BBB can help. They will reach out to the business and get their side to help the process run smooth. They will keep you posted and check if anything has changed or you need to give any additional information. I found the Better Business Bureau to be fair and reasonable with both parties involved as they help with a resolution that's fair. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Excellent customer service

During this pandemic many companies have restructured customer service downsizing or eliminating live personnel. I was so frustrated and alone in my attempts to solve a consumer issue with a large company until I tried the BBB which helped me to resolve my issue favorably and quickly. It was a very easy process and the resolution met my high expectations. I felt that my efforts were successful because the BBB championed my cause. I had a problem with paypal where they suspended my account for no reason and they would not tell me the reason why i contacted the bbb and put in my complaint and they contacted paypal and after two weeks i received a email saying that look at mt account and this was done in error. I have my account back and in good standing.

Before filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I hadn't realized that the Bureau actually took active steps to try to resolve problems with business transactions; I thought it was more-or-less a rating site. I was delighted that they actually took steps to resolve my issue, and I was very pleased that the intervention did, in fact, seem to help lead to a resolution. I would definitely enthusiastically recommend using the Better Business Bureau to anyone who experiences unfair business practices in a transaction with a commercial entity.

The BBB is the best FREE tool to help anyone solve a legitimate problem in his or her favor from the convenience of his/her living room without having to hire expensive lawyers or going to court. Simply reach out to them, explain your problem and they will respond promptly. They are extremely good at following through until you get the appropriate result.
