My experience with this firm was exasperating at best. The Agent, Amber Smith, was very hard to contact. She rarely answers phone calls. Had to text her to get her attention. We kept asking for a detailed estimate of all the closing costs involved in selling my mothers home. Mother is 92 and in assisted living. With Covid 19, there are severe restrictions about no visitors. She kept dropping off papers instead of sending them to me - the POA. Mother had no idea what she was signing and we had no idea what she was signing. Bottom line we went to closing without a clue as to what the expenses would be. Talked to the buyer after closing she was as unhappy with our realtor as we were. I would never recommend this firm if this is the type of realtor they employ.

My family and I moved from MA to Topeka, Wade was an amazing asset. We moved in the peak of COVID and so travel from one state to the other was about impossible. Wade took his time to listen to what my wife and I wanted in a house, steered in the areas he believed would be best for us and started showing us houses. He used FaceTime to walk us through houses while we were states away. I never thought I would buy a house without seeing it in person but that's exactly what we did. We couldn't have done it without Wade and we ended up with the perfect house for us. I can not recommend Wade and Abbey enough, a class act and very professional, attentive to their clients wants and needs, and very accommodating.

This review comes about 9 months later than it should have. I was connected with Wostal Realty through the HomeLight service. My wife and I had moved from KS to VA for my work and we were selling our house in Topeka. We had already been with 2 different realtors that couldn't even get an offer to the table. The house had been on the market for 6 months before Wade and Abbey took over. They immediately recognized some items we could address and took incredibly professional photos to help the house stand out online. We received an above asking price offer within 2 weeks of it being listed with Wade and Abbey. They are great people to work with and will ensure you understand every step of the process. If you want the best, make sure you choose Wostal Realty for your next home purchase or sale!!
