Very good experience in finding the exact model I was looking for, they have huge inventory and can get just about anything in a 300 mile radius. I didn't make a move right away, but they were always patient, attentive, courteous, friendly and proactive. I did find the exact car I wanted, it was delivered to the house, the previous car was picked up and all end-of-lease issues were handled painlessly and easily outside in front of the house due to covid concerns, and that was it. Great followup too when I wanted something a couple days later - same great generous attitude. You know, I was wary of dealing with a Beverly Hills dealership because I might get lost among high-end customers who never worried about the sticker price or wanted to think it over like I do, or that the salespeople might be short or impatient with me... but I shopped around quite a bit and my best deal and my best response and \people\ experience was with Audi Beverly Hills after all.

This place was amazing. I thought it would be taking at least few weeks to find my new car but my sales Ellie, she just made it so simple and easy. You just need to tell them what type of car you need, they will find it for you! I highly recommend this place and my sales to anyone who are looking for their next dream car.
Easiest car buying process I’ve ever had. Purchased online. Worked with Allie and Shafiq who were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Transaction and delivery was very smooth and cannot recommend any dealership more than Beverly Hills Audi. Highly recommend.
JONAS TUNNELL is the GUY you want to go to if your looking for an AUDI! I just got my new 2021 AUDI Q3 delivered to me. He made this transition so easy for me and got me one of the BEST deals!!! He listened to everything I needed and what I could/couldn’t do for the payments and made it HAPPEN! Jonas really made sure I was happy and made it a great experience for our family! I came in to Audi today and did not want to buy a car and was just researching. This guy Jonas approached me so effortlessly and assisted me from A to Z on my car search. He took me to different dealer sites, educated me on other products and why Audi is the best brand. Such a great experience and I ended up buying a new Q3!!
