I am absolutely blown away by Coco's kindness! I came in with a special gift I had custom ordered online that was delivered to me with an incorrect spelling of a name embossed onto it. The company told me they would send a new one but it wouldn't be until after Christmas. Heartbroken I would now not be able to give this gift, I called Coco's to see if there was any way he could help me. He couldn't have been nicer over the phone, I easily was able to send him a photo of my product and he told me to come in to see what he could do. I arrived at his shop to find him smiling, already having the website of my product up so he could see what kind of leather it was. We had a wonderful conversation, he didn't brush me off or tell me it was too short of notice. I absolutely loved chatting with him and getting to see some of the things he was working on. Within the same day, he was able to completely remove the old, incorrect embossment on my gift and replace it with an even better, more beautiful one of the correct name. He completely saved my Christmas week out of the kindness of his heart to help and I'm so grateful! I will absolutely be using Coco for my future leather needs and I cannot recommend him enough. Simply excellent service and workmanship!

I brought two suitcases to be fixed and one handle was not fixed , when i went to the airport the handle was a huge hassle and a problem. When i called for a refund he raised his voice at me an acted like i was lying. I do not live close just to show him to get my money back and than the man made it even more difficult with so much attitude.
