If I could rate with a negative number I would. This doctor is unprofessional, and more so is his one person office staff. On my appointment day I walked into the office, there was a dog howling and barking the entire time. When the doctor came in I explained to him how afraid I was and worried I was of my condition. He examined me and made it seem like I was the worst case he has ever seen! He was dismissive, and didn't explain my condition at all, he just said I need surgery with general anesthesia and I have no other alternatives. I was supposed to receive a quote from his office staff, and they never reached out to me. It's been 2 months and still nothing! They just wanted to collect the 400 office visit. I had to call their office 3 times to ask for the receipt, they couldn't even handle that! Since then I went to USC Keck and saw a real doctor, someone who cares and has compassion and could explain my condition. I had my procedure with local anesthesia, which was less evasive. So disappointing that Dr.Ghodsian, who took an oath would become a money hungry businessman and have no ethics. All of his reviews are fake done by his colleagues and friends, so obvious! I don't recommend this office to anyone who needs real medical care.

Dr. Ghodsian, is one of the BEST Proctologist in the country! His best side manners and the way he goes about every procedure is with the absolute most care and sensitivity consider the nature \of the beast\ I would HIGHLY recommend him and his staff. They are absolutely amazing, Very on top of everything from appointments to after-care instructions.

Every time I visit Dr. Ghodsian, I walk out of his office so incredibly pleased. I’ve never trusted a doctor so quickly- but he handled a couple of my personal matters with the utmost care and professionalism. I honestly have never known a doctor as caring as he is- as well as his immaculate staff. I’m perpetually blown away by how comfortable they have treated me. Thank you Dr. Ghodsian!

Dr. Ghodsian is an incredible doctor and a compassionate and genuine person. I found him through positive reviews online and he absolutely lives up to his great reputation. Having someone take care of this part of your body is not the easiest and most comfortable thing to do, but Dr. Ghodsian and his staff (Carla, Ryan, and Sara) were incredibly welcoming and discreet and made me feel comfortable from the first moment I met them. I know it can seem embarrassing, but it is just another part of our body and thank goodness there are kind souls like Dr. Ghodsian and his staff to provide such incredible care. I thought I would dread going to my appts, but because everyone at Proctology Institute are warm and friendly, I actually look forward to the visit knowing I am in the best hands with people genuinely looking out for my health and well being. I cannot say enough great things about my experience. I had a hemorrhoidectomy and made a full and speedy recovery. Dr. Ghodsian is a talented surgeon and the follow up care I received was top notch. I have seen the statistics and there are so many people suffering with similar issues yet don't seek the help. If you are on the fence about whether to see if he can help you, be grateful you live in Los Angeles with access to people like Dr. Ghodsian. I am not religious, but he truly was a god send to me.
