I purchased my first Grand Seiko virtually from the Grand Seiko Boutique at 439 1/2 N Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles as I live in Canada. I dealt with Xavier and could not be happier with my experience. We had multiple ZOOM calls, emails back & forth, photos sent through of multiple reference #s and how each wears (with different types of clothing etc). I never ever felt pressured and Xavier was a wealth of knowledge and incredibly patient with me. If you are looking for your first GS like I was, I'd call the GS LA Boutique and ask for Xavier. He even wrote me a handwritten card!

Seriously amazing service. It was a bit dark inside, so,I asked if I could look at the watch in the sunlight by the door. Xavier let me take not 1, but 2 Spring Drive watches, OUTSiDE to view in full sunlight. I’ve never had that kind of service/trust at a boutique before. The watch dials really needed to be viewed in full light, especially the brown dial. Wow. I will be back. Just an amazing boutique.
