I returned my online purchase to Rodeo Drive on Dec 26 and got the tracking number instead of return receipt.So unlike other brands that I know, when you’re making an online purchase at Gucci and return the item to Gucci physical store, they only do the “ return shipment” for you. On Jan 5th I got a text message that the tracking number has been changed. I tried to track by putting in the old and new tracking numbers with no luck. And when I called their Gucci customer service, no one knows the where about of the returned item nor give me the correct tracking number. Thus I went to Rodeo store to check the status of the return and spoke to Dominick the store manager. And guess what, he also couldn’t provide us with the tracking number and didn’t even know the status of the return. He advised us that he need to check with the person who were receiving the returned item and we have to wait the next day for him to do that What a nightmare return process at Gucci. With other brands and store, once we drop the returned item to the store, we will get return confirmation directly and let the internal return process from the store to warehouse or whatever from being a burden for the customer. Totally disappointed with Gucci service and return process
