Marc came out to do the inspection and he was very professional and efficient. After discovering the areas of concern, he explained the process and what each step would involve. He didn’t try to upsell or use scare tactics. The reports he provided were so valuable and detailed, making it possible to have clear communication and expectations with the remediation company. Marc came back to retest and provided final reports once the areas were treated, giving us confidence that the problem was solved. We highly recommend their inspection services. Marc was thorough and professional during his inspection of my home for mold after I suffered an enormous amount of water damage. He even inspected the outside for other sources of water that could lead to mold. His lab report of the samples taken in my home was extremely detailed. Marc served my rental property and he was amazing. He was very honest with the tenants who falsely claimed mold. My tenants bought a mold tester from the store and Marc explained to them that those test are not accurate because there is always mold in the air. He was on time and professional. I was very happy. The Knight staff were friendly on the phone, honest with the pricing with no vague upselling like other companies I called. The inspector treated my home with respect. He wore PPE for Covid19. He was very efficient at finding the hidden mold and water damage. KNIGHT was the second company I called out. The first company was quick to leave and did not find mold so I called Knight. Knight's report was awesome and very detailed, written by an engineer. My inspector called me back after I read the report to see if I needed any more help. Thank you Knight you are rare to find, because most companies think of money before people and you do not. 5 stars and happy to review as I have done above. I highly recommend Knights Environmental for mold testing. They do expert services, professional testing and reporting. The moment that this company steps in your home you know you are in good hands. I felt extremely confident that tests would be done efficiently. I’ve used them twice. I did not regret the money I spent. Their expertise is worth every penny. Very professional. I liked how they were on time, helpful and respected by Bel Air home. The 25 page report was very helpful, analytical, detailed. An exact scope of work for the repairs was provided by Knight Environmental Consulting which aided in keeping my cost down with no ambiguous statements. Other companies I called inflated and exaggerated everything based on my elite neighborhood.
