I needed my Teaching English as a Foreign Language Certificate, which I earned through an online university in California, to be notarized, authenticated by the California Secretary of State, and authenticated/legalized by the Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, I was living in Nebraska, and these tasks must be done in person. Both via email and on the phone, Barry have me a great quote, explained their whole process, and responded to all my questions quickly and professionally. I mailed the documents in, and Barry quickly and efficiently got it done. He scanned the documents back to me as soon as they were finished and promptly mailed them as well. By far the best place for Livescan in the area. Nice store, easy parking, professional service, fair prices. DO NOT GO TO UPS - they are a joke for Livescan. Went through 3 different UPS disasters before finding this place.
