You have to go to their outside window for service process. It's hard to hear the lady behind the glass enclosure and you can't even see her. The whole process is a mess.

The sheriff do favors for lawyers and let.landlord lock out tenets. If you complain about it there is no one there that over sees them. Thus they can get away with what ever they want. I thought they were here to help us. Here are the pictures and video of the day they locked me out of my apartment in west Hollywood of 22 years. Yes it was rent controlled. The new owner wanted me out. Si far I have had no luck and getting justice. Who knows if I ever will?
