To my regret a very bad experience that cost us 25,000.- Pacific broke their CMA commitment mid 2019: Not only did they stop paying us the agreed yearly returns, it turned out they did not pay city taxes for 2019, no HOA fees for 3 years, did not maintain our properties and as a bonus did continue to collect 6,000 rent of our properties of which we still did not see a dime. Numerous requests from the Pacific owner for compensation to no prevail.
