My stylist Spooj at the LA store was beyond amazing. She was so kind and and made this very important experience everything I could hope for and more. She listened to my style preferences and completely understood what I was looking for. She helped guide me through the styles and observed my movements and reactions to each dress. With so many beautiful dress options it was a difficult to choose! She let me know when she could see that I didn't look comfortable in some, and when I looked confident in others. I didn't have friends or family with me during the visit so I relied on her give me outside perspective and I knew I could completely trust her. In all, it was truly a lovely experience and I'm so thankful for her. I said yes to the dress at Pronovias!

I recently visited Pronovias Los Angeles during this difficult pandemic period. The Pronovias team went above and beyond in keeping their store clean and safe for all who visited. I had a great experience shopping with Briannah, the store's manager! She was kind, thoughtful, and took the time to get to know me and find out more about my wedding and its details. I shopped around at a few other shops in Los Angeles and found the Pronovias team to be the most helpful and detail oriented group of gals! I would definitely recommend visiting Pronovias Los Angeles!

Marie Luna was incredible. She made me feel extremely comfortable, and found the dresses I had in mind prior to my appointment. She had my favorite dress I had seen online ready for me in the dressing room when I arrived, and it ended up being the one! She was so fun, and I had such a wonderful experience. This was my second, and last time dress shopping, and I am so glad I had Marie to help me find the perfect dress.

For my wedding, I purchased my ceremony dress from Pronivias and my reception dress from a different bridal boutique (not a chain bridal store). The service I received from each was completely different. Pronovias (whether it was the NYC flagship where I initially purchased the dress or Los Angeles where I did my alterations and picked the dress up) just takes a very ‘cookie cutter’ approach to brides and bridal. The level of service clearly went down after I actually purchased a dress. Between not getting emails/calls back, to them forgetting to include the piece of material from my own altered dress for me to use to wrap my bouquet (I reminded them at the second alterations appointment), the whole experience just felt disconnected. They have beautiful product but service just isn’t what I would have expected or wanted.
