I’m so disappointed by the service and the place itself. Our family used to come for check up for years. But yesterday my husband was refused to give his blood just because he only had a doctors prescription, he was told he had to have an appointment. So he went and scheduled the appointment for the next day. So today he came again and he was sent home because his doctors prescription was for yesterday. And he was fasting for two days already not taking essential medication! And of course he went to another laboratory and everything went fine with no issues! So tell me why should I waste my time coming to your place and try to use your services? No respect and no willing to keep your customers! Such a bureaucracy! I’m not going to be your customer any longer! Craziness! Your owner should read all the reviews cuz this place needs changes if you still want to be in business! On top of that I’m going to complain about the situation and I’m not going to leave it like that!

Lady at front desk is extremely rude and can't handle working with public. They only allow 5 people in the waiting room so they just cram everyone on top of each other in the hallway defeating the purpose. Last time I was here she had me wait three hours in the hallway just to say they're not taking walk-ins and I won't be seen.

Nice staff, good syringe technique, although a bit rushed towards the end of the day. Administratively, however, Quest is terrible. I still haven’t received my results, I think my test is lost in their system. The website is a disaster, and the mobile app is a joke. UPDATE: After a few days of hour long calls to just the most inept customer support staff imaginable, I finally managed to reach a call center for doctors and clinics, where a very nice and competent person was able to send me the results in an email within minutes. Please DO NOT direct people to your \patient advocacy\ team. It's a terrible waste of time.
