Dr Zoumalan and his staff office are simply amazing. Dr Zoumalan was extremely patient with my 8 yo son, who had fell and ended up with laceration on his face that required 5 stitches. We were blessed to have been able to see Dr Richard Z. the day right after the fall. He literally spent quite a good amount of time comforting and calming my child who was very nervous. Dr Zoumala is very empathetic. He has outstanding surgical skills and bedside manners. Thanks to Dr Zoumalan. Because of him, my 8 yo brilliant child now wants to be a plastic surgeon :). He is simply the best plastic surgeon out there. Crème de la crème !!

Dr. Zoumalan gave me the nose of my dreams!! My nose has been something that I have ALWAYS been self-conscious of-- not only did I hate the appearance of it, but I suffered from a deviated septum and severe allergies. Dreaming of one day of getting it fixed, I began to save money as soon as I graduated college; however, searching for the perfect doctor has been something I have been doing for years! Thankfully, I found Dr. Zoumalan on Instagram and just knew that he was going to be the BEST doctor anyone could ask for. I am almost 2 months post- op (& still have a lot of recovery time left) and I am already in love with the new me! It was worth any pain and every penny saved!! Dr. Zoumalan and his staff are incredibly patient and warm. From the consultation process to my monthly check-in’s, they’ve been nothing but the BEST. They answered all of my silly incessant questions throughout the entire process and truly prepared me for my first surgery ever.They’ve also been an amazing support team, always smiling when I come in for my check ups and complimenting on how great I look. Dr. Zoumalan has done an amazing job. He’s so knowledgeable and a perfectionist with the best eye. He truly gave me the most natural cute nose made specially for me!-- so much so, that people don’t even know I’ve had anything done! They just keep telling me how amazing I look and I definitely feel like the best version of me! This has been the most amazing investment & experience and I truly cannot thank Dr. Zoumalan and his staff enough!!
I was hoping to have a revision rhinoplasty done with dr. Zoumalan. After sending in my pictures, his receptionist told me I’d need to have bone taken from the rib to build up my bridge a little more and that he doesn’t do that. I guess I was surprised and confused because his website states he specializes in rhinoplasty revisions and that if the bridge needs to be built up he will take bone from the rib. So I was startled to see that and I’m very confused as to why he said he couldn’t do it. He is supposedly a rhinoplasty specialist and I was so looking forward to having him do my surgery. I guess if he doesn’t do revisions then he probably shouldn’t have that he does do them on his website. Super bummed and confused.
Thank you to both Dr Richard and Dr Christopher Zoumalyan for giving me a refreshing new appearance. Now i feel as good as I look!!! LOVE the staff and post op facility Serenity!!!!
