the Uhaul online rental process got halted by requesting way too many documents that i didn't have but the in-person agent at this location was very nice and helpful. the process of returning the vehicle the next day was fast and easy. thank you!!!

The place is super shady, they don’t seem to be running fair business, spent a ton of time trying to get a uhaul and ended up getting charged 80 for 4 hours of rental and never was sent a receipt and a cost breakdown. Update: I received a phone call from the business asking to remove the review because they were going to issue a refund for something I should have not been charged at first place. The charges still remain on my account and the breakdown of charges with full invoice was never provided. That being said, they proved yet again how little they care about the service they provide
