I had an appointment at 5pm for a carpet cleaning (5 areas). Edward called me almost 2 hours early to see if he could clean the carpets early which was way more convenient for me so I agreed to meet him at the house. I ended up taking longer to meet him than I had expected, so when I showed up I expected him to be annoyed, but he had a wonderful attitude. I showed him which areas needed to be cleaned and he explained in detail what he would be doing, what he recommended, etc. I felt comfortable to leave him alone in my home while I ran some errands. He was quick, yet efficient and called me when he was done to see if he should lock the door or wait for me. When I came back, the house smelled great, the carpets looked way better and overall I am very impressed. Thank you so much, Edward!
