Purchased TNT beef patties on 1/9/21. Notice they were frost bitten all the way through and the packaged date on the box read 7/7/20. I was given a replacement box with the same package date of 7/7/20. Only this time the employee open the box and allowed me to look at them without touching. There were still some beef patties frost bitten but not as bad as the first box so I took a chance with these TNT beef patties because they were for a very special occasion the next day. Grilled the TNT beef patties next day on 1/10/21. The burgers were not fresh or the best quality..hardly no natural taste. My family did not enjoy these patties as we have in the past. This is totally MY FAULT as I should have requested a refund when I notice the package date said 7/7/20 on the second box provided. LESSON LEARNED. Legally this business may sell a customer frozen TNT beef patties which have been in their freezer a little over six months; however ethically speaking they should discard any frozen beef patties that are not fresh and/or frost bitten to the core instead of profiting @ 56 per 40 count box before tax. If anyone purchase TNT beef patties from this business make sure the package date on the box is three months or less from the purchase date to ensure quality and freshness of your frozen TNT beef patties. Also since the TNT burgers are not on visual display in the market and has to be retrieved by and employee from the freezer stockroom; ask to inspect your patties prior to purchasing especially if they are over 6 months frozen and you can't physically see your purchase if they are in a box. Quality should be a standard over profit...its called integrity.

Some of the employees are dry as the Sahara. Couple of customers walked in and no one greeted us. You ask a question and they look at you like you are speaking a foreign language. The seafood cooler is empty so you have to ask and pretty much know what you want when you get there. They bring what you ask for from the back SMH. The prices are a bit steep also...1 star is for the employee that actually helped me and the other star is for the cleanliness of the facility.
