Love the wine here. Especially the sparkling wine. So delicious. Vendor they had for food was excellent. We will be buying our wine and enjoying it.

We love Bianchi so much, we became wine members ️ My aunt lives 2 hours away and when she visited Bianchi with us, she became a wine member too! Not only are ALL their wines delicious (rare to find amazing wine all across the tasting menu), the grounds are gorgeous. You really feel like you're escaping reality when you're out there...and our toddler loves to feed the koi fish

I remade a reservation for 11/21 @ 10:00 in October. On 11/02 I changed my reservation to 12:00. I received a confirmation for it. When we arrived on 11/21 we were not greeted. After an employee walked by me, clearly seeing I was waiting, she finally stopped and asked if I had a reservation. I responded yes, at 12:00. We were told to chose a table. The lady who waited on us once again asked if we had a reservation and if we had canceled or moved. I had the reservation call firmed on my phone. I found the service to be unfriendly, the wine and food mediocre. We’ve been traveling here for 5 years and I’ve never experienced this reception at any other winery.

The wines were very good. The patio next to Koi pond provided a wonderful Zen feel. No pressure to join wine club or purchase, but I did buy 3 bottles!

Great minds drink alike.\ Paso Robles Wine Country is an American Viticultural Area located in the San Luis Obispo County, California. It has approximately 33,000 vineyard acres planted with wine grapes, and is well known for its heritage varietal Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Rhône-style wines. One nice place I’d recommend is Bianchi Winery, their tasting room was so cozy and well designed and the white wine was great. I’d recommend their sparkling wine, Pinot Grigio and I heard it from my friends that their Zinfandel is pretty good but I didn’t have chance to taste it.
