We are in the middle of a deadly pandemic. Staff should wear masks! - (no, that was not the case. I was there in the am. No one was eating. Just three unmasked staff. When i went back at night to pick up my bike, man behind counter not wearing a mask. I'm sure you provide a great service, but please be more conscious of reality of this pandemic.)

They do an amazing job and incredibly knowledgable at what they do. I had several issues with my mountain bike making it completely unridable and after bringing it in they made it feel as good as new! Definitely highly recommend! :)
