They could use a little training in the H.R. department. I offered well over the value of a rusty bike with flat tires that he took in on trade for next to nothing. He laughed at me and told me good luck finding something and glad he did. I found a brand new bike same as rusty bike he wouldn't sell me for 10 bucks more. I like supporting the smalls guys but they lost a good customer.

BEST experience ever!! Mike was very knowledgeable and friendly with a well stocked shop. My bike had issues..he made it brand new. Even shines the frame and cleans all parts of the bike. I will never go anywhere else and refer his store to others.
