Firstly if you plan to go to Snow Summit Bike Park the location is perfect. Just down the street. I was planning on renting from a different company but we found that company didn't rent full safety equipment such as knee, elbow and full face helmets. This was included in the rental which other places charged extra for. The staff was extremely helpful from answering our questions which bikes to rent to offering suggestions of other bike paths. I had a minor issue with my bike and they immediately addressed my needs and even upgraded me to a better bike. They had a wide array of bikes up to the top of the line demo bikes. A great experience and we can't wait to do it again.

I've been using this shop for a number of years but sadly saw their service deteriorate. While the shop owner is experienced and pleasant, his staff is immature and lacking in customer service skills. I have been already twice told that they have no parts or are too busy after accepting the bike in the morning and having done nothing by the end of day. While it is a convenient location, I am not going to use this shop in the future.

Great professional bike shop! I rented from them for the weekend and they couldn’t have been nicer. I had a problem with the bike that I rented and they fixed it in record time and gave me a lift back to the mountain. Would recommend renting from them.

These guys are great. We had a three day week end biking. And they helped out everyday. From helmet and gear. To new a tire on one bike and fixing chain and adjustment on another bike. Great customer service!
