We’ve owned a home in Big Bear for a little over three years and water, water management etc. has been a challenge. We dealt with a large leak, mainline issues, city water issues, and most recently my lack of understanding with the new computer system & billing process… Every single time without fail we have received caring, professional, and thorough assistance and with timely help we’ve overcome each challenge with positive results. Most recently I visited the office and was helped by Yvette who re-explained everything (that I had apparently been sent in the mail) and helped me to understand the new system. I’m very grateful.
