No gas building to go and talk to someone in person the Kiosk never gives you a receipt. And I never get a bill from the gas company they want there money but never send a bill I have to call every month to find out what my bill it's ridiculous. They tell me every month they will send me a bill I haven't recieved a bill in 2 years and have lived at the same address for over 10 years

DO NOT TRUST Southwest Gas!!! This utility company stole money out of my account after I made my payment. Then refused to refund it. Will probably have to dispute the charges as fraudulent. Very rude about it also.

The Dispatcher was in Nevada, I called after 5 PM Friday, for Daughter and friends staying at family Cabin, for a Gas smell in the Cabin. Technician was there in 45 min. Lit the pilot light on the oven and found a small leak in the wall heater and fixed it. Very helpful and professional. Thank you.

They steal people's payments as well as add things on to your bill you never used. When talking to representatives they are very rude and do not explain the reason behind anything. 260 deposit was processed then months later gas shut off because the deposit supposedly was not processed. But it was processed in MAY and representative said July. Forced to pay another deposit asap for service. Very fishy company and no building in this city. Beware of the fraud!!!
