We enjoyed a wonderful horse-drawn carriage ride through Big Bear Village and along a quiet residential neighborhood near the lake. Mike, the owner, was very friendly and so was his dog Meisha. It added to our memories of the trip. We'd highly recommend riding with them!

We had an amazing time tonight. The horses are well feed, hydrated, groomed, calm and content. It really bothered me when a person screamed out their car window that horses pulling a carriage is animal abuse. I have been around horses and other farm animals my whole life. Those beautiful clydes are VERY well cared for and even had nice trimmed hooves with horse shoes. The people were so warm and kind to us. They even let a little girl from the family before us ride up front. This was my mom's first time riding in a carriage and she had an amazing time. The village was lit up and we even stopped to star gaze by the lake for a little bit and showed us Satern and Jupiter as they are overlapping eachother for the first time in about 800 years. It was the perfect Christmas season experience. Please do not be discouraged by some of these crazy comments made by selfish and stuck up people. They may not answer the phone like they work at some doctors office but they are very kind, thoughtful, and take very good care of their horses. Thank you again!

Had a horrible experience tonight, we saw them picking up and dropping off at Teddy Bear Restaurant so we asked for prices they stated they have the prices staples to a light post so we went to see the amount. We decide to take the village tour me my husband and Son. There was already a large group getting in and one other family who stated they were next so my husband said we are interested and would be after the family of 4 the man said yes. So Once he next family got ready to go on the carriage my husband stepped out and reminded the man that we were next he said yes, soon after that a large party showed up and paid the man cash, they walked past us as a e heard them say they paid cash to skip the line, when they came back we were supposed to be next so we got ready walked up to them man who ignored us and started to load up the large group. We said hey excuse me we are next the man said that they were pressed for time and had an upcoming reservation. Then the lady said we just paid for the whole carriage we are next , I said you paid him to skip the line the man did not deny it but just continued to ignore us and load them up. It was very rude and unprofessional they are a ripe off they are shady. Don’t use this company unless you wanna give them extra cash to skip the line. Just like the previews review extremely unprofessional.

For the lve of horses. Rarely in the carriage business do you find well-fed, well cared for, calm, relaxed horses, that also thankfully have good feet, beautiful coats and soft, soft eyes. Well, meet "Moose" and "Jake" from Big Bear Victoria Park Carriages. We just completed a 24 minute lake tour and it was magical. Clippety-clop, clippety-clop. Highly, highly recommend.

I called and a man answered and just said “hello”. Didn’t introduce company or name. I asked to rent a horse and carriage for one hour for one scene of music video. He said “okay and what’s your budget?” I said “maybe a few hundred, I’m not even sure how much that would cost.” and his only response was “not interested” lol. Wow. He didn’t even tell me options or info about his service or help us find a compromising agreement, given that I just stated that I’m not sure what something like that would even cost, hoping he could inform me or make an offer. With no business info or reviews on google, combined with his lack of professionalism, I would have to agree I’m not interested either. I’ll find someone else who wants to make easy money. Good luck finding another way to make a few hundred bucks in one hour. Work on your attitude and customer service. And learn how to answer a phone.
