We used Big Box with my mom's house twice, and our house. The customer service was polite, the delivery and removal of the dumpster was professional and done exactly they way we requested each time. The dumpster was clean, looked fine on the outside, and was easy to use and fill. Reasonably priced as well.
Big box is a very good Disposal company. I have rented Dumpster from these guys on several occasions. They are reasonable and very effective. They are on time when they deliver and they are very good at following up with you with their service. You will not go wrong if you need to rent a dumpster from Big Box disposal.
