I got an old trailer that I am renovating, and Big Country is my go-to place for parts. The staff go out of their way to help every time I show up, and are always very well mannered. They are quite knowledgeable too, and even though I am still new to RVs, they never seem to to try to take advantage of that and sell me only the most expensive stuff. Absolutely recommend this shop!

Mathew & Dane (sales) and Barbara (admin/paperwork) were wonderful to interact with. As we shared what we were looking for, Mathew and Dane listened and showed us units that were in keeping with what we had shared. They found us the perfect unit for our needs. We did not at any point, feel any expectation from them, other than wanting to help us if they could. Barbara demonstrated organization and efficiency! After we agreed on a purchase price she handled the paperwork. This step always seems to take more time than necessary, but not at Big Country. She had everything ready for signatures and we were done quickly. Fabulous experience!
