I bought a progressive house just under 2 yrs ago. Was told to write stuff down if there was anything wrong with house. The year thing can and we emailed a list of stuff that needed to be fixed. Got a message back saying cause of covid we cant send anyone over. now its been 2 years and all the repairs have had to come out of my pocket. Will never recommend or buy a progressive house ever again. Just wish a company would stand behind there product and not use the covid excuse for everything. I would give a zero star but to go forward I had to give one star

Poor customer service. I recently purchased a new construction home in St. Francis. I was told at my closing to reach out to them with any issues and they will \take care of me\. I am finding that that is not the case. Recently, a couple new homes began being built next to me. Due to this new construction the gas company came out and dug up a spot in my front yard (you can see in the photo attached). I reached out to Progressive to ask for assistance on getting the spot repaired. They instantly told me that the spot is part of the easement and that it was my responsibility to call the gas company to come out and repair the yard. Now, I understand that the spot they dug up was part of the easement but the whole reason the gas company came out and dug up my front yard was because of the new homes that progressive was building next to me. I will just be repairing this spot on my own. In addition to my front yard being dug up, a new house being built by another construction company right next door, dug up a bunch of my sod, buried and ran over one of my sprinkler heads and buried another (as you can see in the photos). They then placed the black property boundary tarp right on top of one of my sprinkler heads and the other is currently on the opposite side. I had Progressive install my sprinkler system during the completion of construction. I reached out to them to assist in resolving this issue and they told me that I needed to take this up with the other construction company even though they installed my sprinklers and are included in my 1-year warranty. I am still dealing with this issue with no support from Progressive. I since have reached out to the city and they are being very helpful in assisting me with this issue. Very disappointed in the customer service I received.
Positives: Our house was built well. Good color, appliance, faucet, etc. options to choose from. Negatives: We never received an invoice for extra money due at closing until the day before we closed (Sunday). We were led to believe that we would be receiving a seeded backyard; what we received was a lot that was \seeded\ with rye and looks like an undeveloped, empty field. There are rocks everywhere in our backyard, some bigger than a softball. I walked out back for less than 5 minutes and found trash and multiple shards of glass and ceramic. The landscaper left large seams between sod rolls in the front and side yards.
I had progressive build a house for me on a lot that I owned and they did a great job building it and the process was really fast! The price to build the house was cheaper than buying a house, so I got a new house for the price of and old house that would have needed lots of repairs. The house turned out amazing and is everything that I asked for and more. Thank you so much for making my dream come true!
We couldn't be happier with our new home. Everyone at Progressive Builders was great to work with.
