tech at Big Power Water came out to our house the same day we called. explained the system and demonstrated how soft water is better. We were sold right away and had it installed that weekend. Works very well and the soft water cleans and feels much better. We recommend the system highly.

Excellent service from start to finish Big Power Water Was able to get me the parts from the manufacturer while working the warranty replacement process behind the scene. Walked me through the entire process and explained how unit works and the contents. Removed and replaced the media tank expeditiously with no leaks. Had me back up and running in less than an hour highly recommend it to anyone looking for service on Big Power Water water system.
