After many failed attempts at finding an 18’ x 83” 70PI in California, I reached out to Kevin at Big Tex Phoenix. Kevin was very professional, he quickly found the trailer I was after and helped me in placing a deposit. When I arrived to pickup the trailer it was prepped and waiting for me, I spent less that 30 minutes finalizing the purchase and was on my way home. Thanks to Kevin for making this an enjoyable experience, I will purchase all future Big Tex products through Big Tex Trailer World Phoenix!

We brought our portable cattle chute down for lighting and winch re-modifications to fit our needs. Jesus did a great job getting it exactly how we wanted. He was very helpful and we will definitely take all of our trailers to Big Tex Trailer World (Phoenix) for any of our trailer towing needs.
Service was great salesman was very knowledgeable helped pick the right trailer for my needs. He also helped me with financing. Wish they had accessories .due to suppliers they didn't have spare tire mount for my trailer or a spare tire on the same aluminum wheel over all very pleased with purchase.
I cannot say enough about the customer service and efficiency of this company. When I went and purchased a dump trailer for my company, there was no hassle and the transaction was very quick and easy. A few weeks went by and the trailer had a small fuse issue. I took the trailer down to the lot and Jesus and Rueben went out of their way to make me satisfied. They quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the battery without questions and had me back to work within 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend Big Tex as well as Jesus and Rueben. They will have my business in the future.
