Beautiful sunrise!! The self guide bike down was really scenic as well. They really place value and stress safety which I appreciate. Our guide up the mountain (Eddie) was really funny and a great storyteller. He has to be a writer on the side. Tips: make sure to double check when to check in for for early sunrise self guided tour. The instructions say 3-4. But you have to confirm with them. We actually missed the note in the email about calling for confirmation until we were en route but luckily our check in time was what we initially thought. Bring gloves! They give you rain coats and pants if needed.

This was one of the most incredible adventures of my life! The staff was super helpful and informative. The sunrise experience was totally worth waking up early for, along with the bike ride down the mountain. 5/5 in my book

Way to go Bike Maui! We loved the self guided option and felt it was the best bang for our buck amidst a sea of tour companies charging way more. Don’t for one second mistake the fantastically low price tag for “stripped down” or “budget” there is no shortage of hospitality or quality here.
