After looking forever for a new mountain bike , I finally got what I was looking for here. The entire staff was extremely helpful and never pushy. I mostly dealt with Eric and he was willing to go above and beyond by tweaking the overall setup and multiple components to get it just right for me. Best bike purchase experience I've had to date.
