Top service and quality at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru from start to finish! Everything you would hope for in a car dealership. Gary was extremely professional, patient, personable, and thorough. I was treated like family from the second I walked through the door! Paul was also very accommodating and informative, and I received the best possible rate. Great experience, car buying process was very smooth and actually very quick. From sales to finance I was overly pleased. When I picked up my vehicle Pat thoroughly went over everything from how to pair my phone to how to open the trunk since it was my first Subaru purchase. It was a very easy buying experience. My salesman Mike was attentive but not pushy and patient giving me the time to make a decision. I even changed my mind halfway through the sale and he took it very much in stride. It was also easy to deal with Marty the finance person who gave me my options but did not push me.
