Went to go buy a Alfa, This was our second time to the dealership. Typical used salesman tactics. They aimed high on the sales deal. We knew better. But our sales guy quickly lost interest. Once he figured out I wasn't his golden parachute for the day. Customer service dropped. On the Internet, The place looked nice. Very well presented and clean, updated.. But again. What sets you apart from any other rat race, cattle calling car lot. After a text or two... the whole \how can we earn your business \ They simply dropped off the planet. You could have had a long term muti car customer... I love the alfa brand, but it's not an emotional buy. So bumping the apr and playing with the numbers on the backside doesn't work for me. The dealership has lots of potential... Just lacks motivation and overview. Hopefully it improves..

We had a great experience with our sales person James. We came ready to play the typical games you can find at dealerships (extra fees, bait & switch, etc...) but were pleasantly surprised with a very straightforward process. There was still a couple of the typical pitches like Gap and Extended Warranties but i said no once and they moved on; no horror stories of what COULD happen. Ive bought my share of used cars and i think this was the best dealer experience Ive had so far and would definitely buy my next car there.....in 8-10 years.

He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer ALL of my questions. I had many of them. He and the finance team helped me get my awesome new car!! I couldn’t be happier!!
