Bill Reynolds staff is wonderful to work with. From the team in the office to the professional installers they are awesome. In my case where the hot water tank from the Condo unit above flooded my furnace in December, the installers were out by the end of the day with space heaters and started working on a Friday and by the end of day on Saturday my furnace was installed. By Monday my new AC unit was installed also even though not needed. I would recommend Bill Reynolds to anyone if they want reputable service and awesome people to provide the service e needed.

Bill Reynolds HVAC was able to come out for an estimate and do an install within the same week! The technicians Kenny and Steve did a great job and were very polite and professional. They were able to replace my heating and cooling units in the house with very limited space and left the work area spotless. Outside the house the new AC unit looks very nice and level. Our boiler heat stopped working late Saturday evening, December 14, 2020. By early morning Sunday the temperature in our house dropped 15 degrees from 70 to 65 and was dropping fast. I figured that it being Sunday, it would be difficult to locate a repair service that was open. We had Reynold's Service a few years prior. We had their phone number close at hand. So I called at 6:30 AM. The Technician named Jacob answered my call within 3 rings. I described our problem and he said that he would come to our house ASAP. He worked on our boiler for 2 hours only to come to the conclusion it needed a new gas valve, only problem the parts store was closed until Monday morning. He offered to lend us electric space heaters to keep warm in the meantime. I thought that was a very kind and generous offer. But our daughter had 2 space heaters she was not using and we could use them to warm the house till repairs were done. Next morning Reynolds called and said they got the needed gas valve and would come right over and do the install. Technician Nick did the repairs in about 1 hour and we had heat soon after. Jacob and Nick never complained and were very courteous and professional. We highly recommend Bill Reynold's Heating for all your heating and cooling service. Don, Matt and Ricki Bixel

Great super years of service and no complaints. But needed to replace the furnace and AC and other bids for units of same standard and quality significantly lower. Took a lower bid and it too was first class in installation and current performance. MAY return to Reynolds for service but getting initial service check up from new company is initially complimentary.

Bill Reynolds is always on time and a good value. The service technician, Ken, was very professional and a very personable person to work with. He made me laugh and was very clear about the issue with my ac unit. I will be using Bill Reynolds again!
