Good concept, I suppose but this service needs improvements in order to be beneficial for consumers and worth the effort and cost. My experience seemed to go greatly at first. I filled out a simple survey along with my information and the very next day I had an email stating I would be saving 20 a month on my bill along with faster internet speeds, an additional cable box, and no changes in my channel lineup. My new cable box was set to be delivered by FedEx and all I had to do was wait a day, hook it up and I was set. Problem is, I was sent ALL the wrong equipment; they sent the incorrect cable box and a cable modem that I did not need as I already own one. Time Warner's fault? Or Billbusters? Hard to say. As a result, I had to return all of the equipment at the local TWC location. Waited in line for 60 minutes and returned the modem and exchange the cable boxes for the one I needed. Went home and connected it, activated it... and all of a sudden I lost many of my most watched channels, which Billbusters stated would not be affected. As a result, I was on the phone with TWC/Spectrum reps for 2 hours, got the situation resolved only after having to commit to paying 15 more dollars per month plus tax on my bill... thus essentially no savings whatsoever and a large headache and a wasted afternoon of my time.
