The only place I would even consider going. Excellent doctors with vast knowledge and experience. Staff top notch too. Very convenient location. Always willing to go the extra mile and take the extra time to dial in your perfect prescription and if your having an issue they respond immediately, they are the best.

I have been going here for eye care almost 2 decades. Dr Biegel & his brother David are very kind, friendly, & professional. Their frame prices are reasonable, compared with other places. I take forever to pick out frames so I shop around & I have even returned to their office with the frame information from another eye place & some frames they have been able to meet or beat the price, if it is one they carry! I will agree with some reviewers, the front desk staff aren’t as helpful as the staff that were there 5 or 10 years ago. They could use improvement in attitude, customer service, & they lack experience in their field (being able to do adjustments). I have seriously thought about switching eye offices because of these issues but I love the doctors so I am hoping this will improve.

My first time since I was a child getting an eye exam and everyone was so welcoming and friendly, they made everything so easy for me as a first timer getting glasses. Shannon and Ron were amazing, and Dr. Felston was quick and professional!

I am so happy I found this clinic!!! I was treated so kindly and the girls were happy to help!! The sweetest girl, Meghan helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was so patient and gladly answered all my questions. She suggested so many options and helped me choose what best suited me! I feel so thankful that she took the time to really invest herself to helping me. I will definitely be coming here again! Thank you again!!!! Best place and employee!!

I took my family to Billings Vision and referred some people here a few years ago then they told me they weren’t accepting our insurance any longer. Two years later in finally getting around to finding another provider and my insurance still shows that they are an in network provider.. I’m really disappointed because I would have been continuing our visits if they wouldn’t have told us we couldn’t. What a pain in the butt. I guess they don’t need the business.

Dr. Kevin Beigel was wonderful with my daughter when I took her a few month ago. So good I referred friends and family members. I need to take all that back after my husband went. The girls in the front were not nice to him at all. Treated him like he was a burden. They would not bill his insurance correctly and said that they would call them again in the mean time I called the insurance and they told me yes contacts are covered with no limitation. I then called them back and told them what was told to me. Megan basically told me my husband was not a priority and she did not have time. She said she would call back the next morning because they were closed when the insurance was not closed nor was the provider line closed... She then had someone call me 15 minutes prior to closing the next day telling me the same story she told me yesterday. I was able to get my husband contacts taken care of at another clinic and billed to his insurance the same day she was suppose to call me back as well as a trial pair of contacts!!! I will not be going back nor will my husband or daughter because of the front staff members.
