The entire staff at Optimal Care were exceptional, from the care coordinator Jenni to the therapists and nurses that took care of both my dad and mom. Our whole family was put \at ease\ knowing we could count on everyone being prompt and patient with our parents. We were most concerned about the anxiety my folks might have with strangers coming into their home but after the first meet and greet with Optimal Care staff, they actually looked forward to them coming over. Professional and personal care from day one. We recommend them to all our extended family and friends!

We felt blessed with Optimal Home Care. My family was in need for someone to come into the house after my grandmother was released from the hospital and help with physical therapy. This was not what anyone had planned so we searched and did our research and decided with Optimal. The staff was amazing and Kasia made my grandma feel completely comfortable and relaxed and so happy to be in her own home! With great help and work they built her up to where she needed to be. Strong enough again and able to care for herself. Our family couldn't have been happier with the kind and caring staff. They truly were a blessing in our time of need.
My mother received care from Optimal Care for nursing and therapy services after a total hip replacement. They were able to get her up and walking, and make her feel confident in doing so! They made her feel very comfortable the entire time. They kept in communication with me and kept me updated with her progress and answered all my questions thoroughly. I can't say enough good things about this agency. I would recommend them to anyone!
Had a phenomenal experience with Optimal Home Care. They were extremely caring! They accommodated my return home from the hospital even though it was during the holidays. Between Eric, Kristine and Sheila I feel I had the best care possible. I have progressed quickly because of their care and knowledge that they shared with me. I can’t thank them enough. I hope to never need them again however if I did I would go to them first! I highly recommend Optimal Home Care!!!!!
I had the best care ever from my Nurse and Physical Therapist !!! They were extremely caring, knowledgeable and most importantly very successful in my treatment/therapy... I cannot recommend them enough.. Although I hope that I will not need in home therapy again, I do know exactly who I will request again. Thank you for the excellent care and support!
