Walk in and you smell the amazing spices and smoky flavor that goes into their cold cuts and sausages. We were missing the Christmas village in the inner harbor this year and their amazing German sausages. So we were delighted to stumble upon Binkert’s in our effort to recreate that delicious sausage experience. It’s a small storefront with their processing space in the rest of the building. The women behind the counter were efficient and sweet! Can’t wait to try the currywurst, bratwurst, and mystery third sausage we scooped up! Also. Great COVID precautions.
