Worst of the worst customer service. Internet constantly cuts in and out. I’ve called customer service several times to report internet problems. Each call lasts an hour or more, with interminably long hold times. Techs come out to the house and are unable to resolve the problem. Each person I speak with gives a different reason for the poor internet service. I called to add phone service and was told it would be activated the next day. I called to follow up because there was no dial tone the next day. I was told activation would happen approx. 13 weeks after the promised activation date.

Terrible internet service, constantly cutting out and very expensive. Also their customer service is terrible. No one answers the phones and they just hang up after a while!! This is the only choice in our area right now and they sure know how to exploit that. ‼️ Congress could provide a better service than this company‼️

If I could give windsteam a zero I would. Our internet continuously disconnects and the only way to get it back is to reset the router. Then you have to do it again in 5 minutes. Totally not worth paying for and I'm debating about dropping them all together and just getting an unlimited data plan on my phone. I will say their field technicians are super nice but other than that, I have nothing good to say about windsteam. **UPDATE: After multiple calls to windstream, they told us we were being \prioritized\ and they \boosted our signal\, which literally did nothing. After about a week of dealing with them, we dropped windstream altogether and signed up with Service electric. Their internet is much better and cheaper than windstream. So far, no issues.
