I called to inquire about their inventory and pricing because I live about an hour away. When I asked them if they could come down a bit (from their exorbitant pricing, I might add) to match a different dealership, the guy on the phone rudely said "go there, then" and hung up on me. Great customer service, you asswipes. I've never set foot in there and I never want to. I tell all my riding and racing buddies to avoid this place and for good reason.

I purchased a rzr xp 1000 from tom west. Tom was straight up front about every thing, the whole experience was awesome! I have bought from five other dealers and my next purchase I will drive to Birmingham to buy from Tom. I will recommend Tom and Big 1 to anyone who is looking to buy.
