Love this store! It is one of the smaller stores, as they only get one truck per two weeks but they have a super helpful staff. I coupon here all the time and never have an issue getting my sale items. They always resolve my issues and are willing to help when possible.

After several managers had come and gone from the CVS on Chalkville Mountain Road and Grayson Valley Parkway there have been no improvements. I would frequently go in the store, which is right near my home and I would find a bell that said “ring for service”. No one would come when I would ring the bell. I had to go hunting for someone to purchase my items. There would be nobody at the front and nobody in sight; I would holler “hello, hello” and nobody would respond. I finally found someone and asked who was the manager and was told the manager was Jimmy Jackson. Every employee in there that has been fired and then rehired or hired in the first place has been rude, obnoxious and very unhelpful in every way. The shelves are always I stocked. When I go in to get my cat litter there is never any on the shelf; and I’ll ask if they’ll go back in the back, after they huff and puff, they will and come back and say “truck day is tomorrow.” When they say truck day is tomorrow it’s always on a different day. As I went in there four days later, the shelves were the same and they still did not have my cat litter. I politely asked the gentleman behind the counter if they had any in the back. The young lady behind the counter next to him said “she’s always like this” to another customer who was standing next to me. I have never been so humiliated and embarrassed the employees name was Cam. I will not be back. If I could give this store a zero I gladly would.
The pharmacist is the most hateful lady I have ever talked to. I understand your tired but i just ask a real simple question. I will never fo to this store again Not to mention they are very nasty (dirty) and never restock. Over CVS.
This is a CVS in decline, the refrigeration units are failing, there's a fair amount of disorder and they are understaffed.
Prescription not filled timely.
