Hinkle did a great job installing gutters on my house. They were quick to come out and give me a quote and their prices are very competitive within the Birmingham/Central Alabama market. I had HInkle provide a gutter quote to me. They provided it and I signed a contract to do the work on September 16th, 2019. No one ever followed up or anything to actually complete the job. I figured they didn't need the business. I don't have time to play follow up so I moved on. On December 17th, 2019, with ZERO NOTICE, there's a knock on our door at 8am with an unknown/unidentified contractor to install gutters! I sent them away and was able to reconnect and decided to let them proceed with the job. They installed the gutters but badly damaged our wood trim and fascia around the entire exterior. They have left bare wood exposed for weeks since the job. I have made approximately 6 outreaches to the company to get them to come back and fix the problem and have been told multiple times \they're coming today\...but no one has ever shown up. I'm going to file a report with the BBB and AG. Our fascia/trim is beat up all over the exterior as a result of this job...terrible! And, the communication has been brutal from day 1.
I called the office and spoke to the receptionist on two occasions for someone to come out and give an estimate for repair work, easy time no call back. Awful.
