Drove over a hour to get there, the staff was clueless as to how to do their jobs Was wearing their masks around their chin, And I watched as multiple people used the same Kiosk to answer questions with their bare hands on the screen and the screen was never whipped down not once. It's painfully obvious this location doesn't take safety precautions seriously to prevent the spread of covid ,but why should they ,they make money off of people who have previously had covid .I just keep my plasma to myself and if you value your health ,I find else where to.donate

Very unprofessional, lady couldn't find a vein on my husband so she got him kicked out of the system for the day but didnt tell him then came back found one and after hooking him up she proceeded to tell him to come back tomorrow because she couldn't do it today. After having him booted from the system she shouldn't have tried again. Then after unhooking him she walked off making him think he was ok to go when she didnt come back and he bled out all over the place and she mouthed off \well you just jumped up\ overall very unprofessional
The staff are mostly AWESOME,one guy who is a bit why,but all of the ladies who work in patient care have been awesome,only other problem is the rules of when you can donate are not made clear,be sure and ask before you make plans or anything because they WILL NOT let you donate after 48 hours,be sure and ask when you are allowed to return. DeDe is totally awesome,she is a very skilled phlebotomist and is very attentive to detail
I’ve Always Dislike the Plasma Center Feel Like Your Selling Your Soul For Cheap Example They Give You 50 a Couple Time Then Pay You What You Weigh But What We Don’t Know Those Bottles Get Sold For 1200 Buck The 1st Bottle You Do Is Just A Test Bottle They Throw Half Of Them Away So My Take Is Aleast Give People A 100 dollars Their 1st Five Times I Will Be Working Tryna Closed These Places Around Birmingham Al If You You Read This Never Ever Ever Donate Your Plasma Your Body Needs It And If You Do 1200 vs 50 You Do They Math Thank You Y’all
Very friendly only thing is there are not enough workers for all the people that come in other than that great environment and respectable staff.
